We offer a profit-sharing model with our property owners. Under this model, we split the rental income generated by your property 70/30, with 70% going to you as the property owner, and 30% going to our company for our services. This percentage is determined by the location and value of the property and could be adjusted to other percentage such as 75/25, or 80/20 in some rare cases. This means that you can earn a significant rental income without having to worry about the hassle of managing your property yourself.
