We are looking for motivated and highly committed Interior Design Admin to provide administrative and clerical support to our Homestay Interior Designers.

Requirement:
- Business Administration related diploma or degree.
- Good understanding and sense for interior styling.
- Must be able to read, write & speak Mandarin because we deal frequently with China suppliers.
Scope of Work:
- Coordinate with Interior Designers to assist in product purchasing, provide administrative and clerical support.
- Understanding of interior designs invoicing process.
- Understanding and knowledge of interior design vendors.
- Sourcing and procurement.
- Handling project related documentations and applications.
- Assist with tracking and ordering shipments.
- Finalization of project documentation and filing.
- Liaise with Accountants for invoice filling
You will require skills as a Photographer & Videographer to capture high-quality videos and photographic content for our brand and listings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling visual stories. You will work closely with our Interior Design team to set up and manage the photography sessions and equipment for new listings that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and styling.

The executive will also analyze market trends, develop competitive offerings, and ensure operational excellence to maximize satisfaction and host profitability.

- Perform maintenance & repair work as required, such as woodwork, flooring, piping, and electrical.
- Adhere to maintenance schedules, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed as arranged & on-time.
- Inventory Management of repair/replacement supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain supplies and equipment.
